7️⃣Track Purchase events (For FREE plan)

If you’re just getting started, this feature allows you to test the effectiveness of your ads without financial commitment!

What is Purchase event?

As mentioned in the Analytics section, purchase event will only be tracked when the purchase is completed and your customer is redirected to the Thank You page after.

But Omega now works with Shopify Checkout, no manual adding code is required as before 🥳

How we track in Free Plan?

On the Free Plan, you can track up to 5 orders. These orders will be recorded by our pixel and visible in your dashboard, but data visibility is limited.

You can still receive essential details like orders, order ID, order value, Pixel ID and Purchase time of your customer, helping you assess basic ad performance.

😉 What if you reach to 5 orders limit?

Even after reaching the limit of 5 tracked orders in the Free Plan, we still offer the option for merchants to continue testing by allowing test orders via email (view in image below).

Why we offer this? We want to be sure that you can still verify your pixel's setup and functionality, ensuring everything works seamlessly before upgrading to track more live orders. These orders will be recorded as Test in your Purchase Report.

Once you complete payment, an test order will be successfully recorded in our Purchase Report with status Test.
