Real-time sync to TikTok Shop, manage & check product status

In this page, you can do the following actions:

✅ Single edit/bulk edit product details

✅ Single sync/bulk sync products

✅ Delete products

✅ Filters by TikTok Shop category and Sync status

1. Make sure product details follow TikTok guidelines

Upon done mapping products into TikTok Shop category, go to Sync products page. To help you handle all errors beforehand, we will detect errors right away:

Please click Edit and complete required product info to ensure successful syncing:

2. Sync product directly

When no more errors detected, please click Sync. The statuses will be updated in real time.

Sync statuses:

• Not synced: the product has not yet been submitted for TikTok to review.

• Submitted: the product has been successfully sent to TikTok Shop. TikTok is reviewing it.

• Sync error: the product couldn’t be sent to TikTok for review, requiring troubleshooting.

• Pending: the product is queued for submitting to TikTok Shop.

• Live: the product has been published on your TikTok Shop listings.

• Failed to review: the product has not met TikTok requirements, requiring troubleshooting.
