If you don’t have a TikTok pixel yet, or you need to create a new one for a specific purpose, you can easily create a pixel within Omega TikTok Pixels.

Step 1: Connect to your TikTok for Business Account

Go to the Add Pixel section in Pixel page

Click button Access to connect your TikTok for Business Account. This is the must step to help us retrieve your existing TikTok Pixel list, only 1 minute to complete 🥰

A popup is prompted to authorize Omega's access to your account. Choose Confirm. Rest assured that we will not interfere with or access any private information

Step 2: Select TikTok Ads account & TikTok Pixel

Choose a TikTok ads account that you want to connect this new pixel

Step 3: Create new pixel

Choose the option to create new pixel here. Just simply type the Pixel name you want

Question about Pixel ID? No worries, you just need to fill the name, we will auto get this pixel ID and display in the dashboard for you!

Step 4: Choose tracking location

As usual, choose the tracking location that you want your pixel to track: All pages/Selected pages

Step 5: Turn on Events API (recommended)

If you use Events API for better matching, we automatically get Access token here, no manual copy needed!

Congratulations! You're done. You can view your newly created pixel in Omega dashboard.

❗❗ Important-note

👍 Turn on Automatic Advanced Matching (AAM)

For newly created pixel, Automatic Advanced Matching (AAM) is auto turned off. This will affect your audience targeting as your customers’ info won't be shared with TikTok.

Please walk through the following steps to turn AAM on:

1. Go to your TikTok Ads Manager

Access the tab Tools >> Events. Here you see all pixels that have been created

Choose the pixel you've just created in Omega

2. Turn on AAM

Once chosen a pixel, go to the Settings tab. Here, switch the toggle on to activate AAM, then all is done. You can confidently track your pixel from now on!

👍 Turn on First-party cookies

First-party cookies allow TikTok Pixel to track user interactions directly on the merchant’s website. This enables the pixel to collect data on how visitors engage with the site (e.g., page view, view content, purchases) and attributes these actions to TikTok ads.

Without first-party cookies, tracking accuracy diminishes, as third-party cookies are often blocked by browsers, reducing the pixel's effectiveness.

Please go to the Settings tab, then turn on First-party cookies here:

Note: If you have connected TikTok for Business Account when using our TikTok Catalog feature, that account will be automatically signed in here.
